We here at A Better Way Ministry hear the silent cries of the victims of sexual assault, molestation and rape. It is our desire to stop the tears by ending the fears of all family violence. We have dedicated this page to you the victims of this sensitive and very personal crime, our prayers are with you.

To obtain your healing and gain your life back please try to embrace some of our suggestions below:

• Pray for yourself daily and let GOD console and comfort you.
• If you don't have a church home unite with one soon there is peace in the house of GOD.
• If needed seek professional help ie Therapy, Counseling etc.
  
• Claim today right now that you are not a victim but you are a VICTOR!
• Never blame yourself because of anothers actions.

• Don't see your self as damaged goods

• Take the time necessary to learn how to love yourself healing must first start with how you view YOU, Always remember self worth, self esteem and self image all start with the word self which means that you can take back any and everything that the enemy stole from you.

• When you are ready, donate some time to a local crisis center.
